"Company had the parts that I needed for…"
Company had the parts that I needed for the repair at what seemed like a reasonable price to me. I was an older product and they did not have everything but what they did have allowed me to fix an old molly rather than having to pay for a new grill that I am sure is not built as well as my older grill. Only thing that I did not particularly like is the shipping cost as much as the product and I sent an e-mail as they stated can we help further and no one ever respond to the e-mail and I they had I probably would have both additional items

“I have used them for many years. I was introduced to them when I worked at Home Depot. I would send customers to them when they needed a part for there tool and wanted to fix it them self. I still order parts from them even though I'm supposed to be retired.”
